Our story
About IMG Properties
IMG Properties is a family business: a second generation carrying a builder's legacy forward, one established neighborhood at a time.
- Family roots
- It started on job sites alongside my father, a builder with more than 15 years of experience across Houston, Baytown, Texas City, and the surrounding areas.
- The “Duplex King” legacy
- Over 15+ years of building, my father earned a reputation across Houston as the “Duplex King,” known for solid, thoughtfully built duplexes. That expertise, those standards, and that name now pass to the next generation of IMG Properties.
- Our mission
- Bringing innovative multi-family living to traditional, established neighborhoods.
